Why 100 and not 60
A deck has 60 cards. This box holds up to 100 double-sleeved cards, and that's no excess: anyone who plays seriously brings their deck plus backup cards, or two decks at once. The included divider is made exactly for that — you place it in between so you can grab the right stack in one go.
Why acid-free and PVC-free
Over the years, soft PVC releases plasticizers that make cards dull and sticky, and acidic cardboard makes edges yellow. Everything Ultra Pro uses in this line is tested against that. For cards you want to keep for ten years, that's the difference that counts.
About Mega Charizard Y
Charizard has two Mega Evolutions, which is unique. Mega Charizard X turns black and blue and gains the Dragon type; Mega Charizard Y stays orange, becomes slimmer and larger, and keeps Fire and Flying. Y is the flying variant — the one that takes to the skies where X goes on the attack.
From the same series: the 4-pocket binder, the 9-pocket binder, and the sleeves featuring Mega Charizard X.
