At Lichcards, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Not happy after all? No worries! You can return your order for free and choose a refund, replacement, or store credit.

How does returning work?
- You have 14 days to return a product, starting from the day of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.
- Exceptions: Some products, such as personalized items, cannot be returned.
Attention: You can choose a refund, replacement, or store credit. Please indicate your preference when registering your return.
Note: In some cases, a administration fee of €3 (restocking fee) will be deducted from the refund, for example in case of cancellation without defect.
Returns are free!
We cover the shipping costs. Through our return portal, you will receive a free return label.
Refund & Processing Time
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days to the same account you used to pay.
Would you prefer a replacement product or store credit? We will arrange this immediately after receiving your return.
