How does returning work?

• You have 14 days the time to return a product, calculated from the day of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.
• Exceptions: Some products, such as personalized items, cannot be returned.

Note: You can choose for a refund, replacement or store credit. Indicate your preference when registering your return.

Refund & Processing Time

• As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days back to the same account you used to pay.
