At Lichcards, you can order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
We do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to have orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 delivered the next day. If for any reason we cannot process this, we will inform you about it.
After paying for your order, you will receive a confirmation from us via email. Once your order has been shipped by us, you will also receive a so-called Track & Trace code from PostNL, with which you can track the package. The package is generally delivered to you the day after we have sent it. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the speed of delivery by PostNL, so it may occasionally happen that your package is a day late.

For a shipment within the Netherlands with a total order value of €75 or more, you will still benefit from free shipping. If the total order value is lower than this amount, we ask for a contribution of €5.95. If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs (if paid) will be refunded. If only part of the order is returned, any shipping costs will not be refunded.
At Lichcards you can pay safely and easily with iDeal, online banking, credit card, PayPal, Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, and Klarna pay later.

After your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a Track&Trace link to track your package.
Yes, that is possible. You can specify a different delivery address during the ordering process (for example, at work or at your neighbors), or select a PostNL location.
Yes, you can track your order with the tracking code you receive in the email after your package has been shipped.
