Frequently asked questions

At Lichcards you can order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. We strive for orders on workdays before 16:00, the next day. If we cannot process this for what a reason, we will inform you about this.

After paying your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail from us. Once your order has been sent by us, you will also receive a so -called Track & Trace code from PostNL, with which you can follow the package. The package is generally delivered to you the day after we have sent it. Unfortunately we have no influence on the speed of PostNL's delivery, so it can occasionally prevent your package from being a day later.

For a shipment within the Netherlands with a total order value of € 75 or higher, you still benefit from free shipping. If the total order value is lower than this amount, we request a contribution of € 5.95. If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs (if paid) will be reimbursed. If part of the order is returned, any shipping costs will not be refunded.

At Lichcards you can pay safely and easily with iDeal, internet banking, credit card, PayPal, Google Wallet, Apple Wallet and Klarna afterwards.

The order or order number is stated in the confirmation email and on your invoice. Keep this handy if you have questions for our customer service.

After your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. As soon as your order has been packed and sent you will receive a track & trace link to follow your package.

Yes, you can. You can indicate a different delivery address while ordering (for example at work or at your neighbors), or select a PostNL location.

Yes, you can follow your order with the track and trace code that you receive in the mail after your package has been sent.
