Why 65 and not 64
Western sleeve packs contain 65, Japanese ones 64. A deck holds 60 cards, so you’re left with five spares — enough to replace a sleeve that tears during a tournament, since a damaged sleeve among your cards is a problem at inspection.
Why acid-free and PVC-free
Soft PVC releases plasticizers over the years that make cards dull and sticky, and acidic cardboard yellows edges. Everything Ultra Pro uses in this line has been tested against that. For cards you want to keep for ten years, that’s the difference that matters.
About Mega Charizard X
Mega Charizard X is the black variant: where regular Charizard is orange and Fire/Flying, X turns black with blue flames and gains the Dragon type. Charizard is the only Pokémon with two different Mega forms, and X is by far the more famous of the two.
From the same series are the deck box with Mega Charizard Y and the 9-pocket binder. Another pack with the same Pokémon is the one from the Ultra-Premium Collection.
