Article 2 – Applicable law

  1. The agreement and these general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch Law.

 

Article 3 – Order / delivery

  1. The agreement for the purchase and sale is established at the moment you accept the offer and meet the conditions set forth.
  2. If you have accepted the offer electronically, Lichcards will confirm the receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, you can dissolve the agreement.
  3. Each order will be confirmed by Lichcards via email as soon as possible.
  4. We strive to deliver the ordered product within 24 hours on business days.
  5. If this is not possible because the item is temporarily out of stock, there is a delay for another reason, or an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, you will receive a notification within 24 hours on business days. An alternative will be offered or the money will be refunded.
  6. The ordered item will be sent by post to the delivery address. The item will be offered for the first time within 2 working days. Delivery takes place at the moment the product is received by (or on behalf of) you. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the order will be offered a second time. If you are also not present the second time, you can pick up the package at the nearest POST NL office. If you receive items that you did not order or incorrect items, please inform Lichcards as soon as possible. Any inaccuracies will then be resolved by Lichcards.
  7. Any inaccuracies in the information provided to you by Lichcards must be reported to Lichcards immediately, as well as any changes or inaccuracies in your information that you have provided to Lichcards.
  8. The item remains the property of Lichcards until the item is fully paid. Lichcards reserves the right of delivery. Ownership of delivered products only transfers once you have fulfilled all obligations owed to Lichcards under any agreement.

 

Article 4 – Prices / payment

  1. The prices of the items are indicated in euros and are the prices applied at the time of purchase.
  2. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of handling and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
  3. Offers are valid while stocks last, Lichcards is not bound by its offer in the event of (programming) errors on its website.
  4. Offers and prices are guaranteed. Lichcards expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly when necessary due to (legal) regulations.
  5. Payment for items from Lichcards can be made via iDeal or Credit Card. For credit cards, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Paying via iDeal means you pay through your own online banking system at home. The following banks participate in this: ABN-AMRO, Rabobank, ING, SNS Bank, Fortis, ASN Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Friesland Bank, and Triodos Bank.
  6. Lichcards is not responsible for any additional bank charges.
  7. In some cases, additional information may be requested.
  8. The order confirmation will be sent to your email. Therefore, it is important that you provide the correct email address. Through the order confirmation, Lichcards indicates that the ordering process has been successfully completed and that the order has been received.

 

Article 5 – Returns and service

  1. You have a reflection period of 14 days from the day of delivery of the order. We recommend that you inspect the delivered goods upon receipt.
  2. During this period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Lichcards in its original packaging.
  3. If an item is visibly used, such as opened boosters/boxes, Lichcards will not accept the item back.
  4. After receiving and checking the return shipment, you will be notified by email. The purchase amount will be refunded by Lichcards within 8 days after receiving the email.
  5. It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product and/or service. Please contact us as soon as possible via email. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, no later than within 24 hours on business days.
  6. Despite our utmost care and control, it may happen that you discover a material or manufacturing defect after purchase. In that case, you can return the order free of charge within 14 days. Please contact us for this.
  7. In the event of a refund, Lichcards will refund the amount you paid to your used bank account within 8 days after the return shipment.
  8. Use the return address as stated in our frequently asked questions. Return shipping costs are free.

Article 6 – Warranty

Lichcards offers a guarantee on online purchases. This period starts from the date of purchase. A complaint will be processed when photos of the complaint(s), a photo of the entire package to info@lichcards.nl  will be sent. Lichcards determines whether the warranty applies and establishes the method of repair and/or shipping. Once the complaint is justified and you send the item to be replaced, it must be packaged to prevent transport damage. Please note: you need the proof of purchase to request a warranty.

 

Article 7 – Privacy policy

  1. Lichcards respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that personal information is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders as quickly as possible. Otherwise, we will only use this data with your consent. Lichcards will not provide personal data to third parties.
  2. Your personal data will be included in our customer database. Your data will be used for the assessment, conclusion, and execution of the delivery agreement and for managing the resulting customer relationship, such as targeted marketing activities by Lichcards, collection of amounts due, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. Lichcards does not provide data to third parties that would compromise your privacy. If you no longer wish to receive commercial offers from us, it is possible to unsubscribe after each mailing you receive.

 

Article 8 – Changes / Provisions

  1. The version of the General Terms and Conditions that was in effect at the time the agreement was concluded shall always apply, unless the buyer has accepted the applicability of a revised version of the General Terms and Conditions after the conclusion of the agreement.
  2. Notwithstanding any other rights to which it is entitled, Lichcards has the right, in the event of force majeure, to suspend the execution of your order or to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying you of this in writing and without Lichcards being obliged to pay any compensation. Unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
  3. Under force majeure, any shortcoming is understood that cannot be attributed to Lichcards, as it is not due to us and does not fall under the law, legal acts, or prevailing opinions in traffic. Examples of this include: strikes, illness among staff, disruptions in transport, and import/export bans, regardless of whether this occurs at Lichcards or at its suppliers.
