Why 64 and Not 65
Western sleeve packs contain 65, Japanese packs 64 — a difference that simply comes down to habit in the two markets. Either way, a deck holds 60 cards, so you're left with a few spares regardless. Keep in mind that Japanese sleeves are sized for Japanese cards, which are a fraction smaller than Western ones.
Who Nessa Is
Nessa is the Gym Leader of Hulbury in the Galar region, specializing in the Water type. Besides being a trainer, she's a fashion model, and that's exactly what this series plays on: Off Shot! shows the trainers as they are outside the arena, in a setup that looks more like a photo shoot than a battle.
What Sleeves Are For
Sleeves protect your cards from fingerprints, moisture and damaged edges, and they let a deck shuffle more smoothly. At tournaments they're effectively mandatory: every card back in your deck must look identical, so no one can tell which card you're holding from the back.
