The official Ultra Pro 4-Pocket Portfolio themed after the Mega Evolution set. A compact format with four pockets per page — and with dedicated space for jumbo cards, which is rare for portfolios of this kind.
Specifications
- Capacity: 40 cards single-loaded, 80 cards if you fill both sides of each pocket
- Extra: room for 4 oversized Pokémon cards in the center pages
- Material: archival-safe, acid-free and PVC-free polypropylene
- Ultra Pro article number: 16085
- Fixed, sewn-in pages — no rings, so cards can’t slide out
Portfolio or PRO-Binder?
Ultra Pro makes two kinds of binders. A Portfolio — this product — is a bound booklet with fixed pages: light, inexpensive and perfectly fine for storing a collection. A PRO-Binder has a padded cover and a closure, and costs considerably more. For storing a set or a series of favorites, the Portfolio is more than enough.
Why four pockets instead of nine
A 4-pocket is roughly half the size of the usual 9-pocket, so it fits in a backpack or under your arm. Handy for a deck, a series of favorites or for taking along to a trading event. It is too small for a complete set. The four jumbo pockets are the special feature here: otherwise, oversized cards don’t fit in any binder at all.
There is a 4-pocket in Destined Rivals style in the same format, and larger binders such as the Ascended Heroes 9-pocket and the one with Charmander.
