About Koraidon and Miraidon
Koraidon and Miraidon are the two legendary Pokémon of Scarlet and Violet, and they're an unusual pair: instead of battling them, you ride them. They run, climb, swim and glide, replacing the bike and the surfboards from every earlier game. Koraidon comes from the distant past, Miraidon from the distant future — their names are literally the Japanese korai (antiquity) and mirai (future).
