Why Japanese sleeves are different
A Japanese pack contains 64 sleeves, not 65. For a 60-card deck, you have four spare sleeves. Japanese Pokémon sleeves fit standard-size Pokémon TCG cards (63 × 88 mm), regardless of the card's language.
Who Lisia is
Lisia is the star of the Pokémon Contests in Hoenn: not a gym leader or a champion, but a performer who takes the stage with her Altaria. She's the one who stops you on the street in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire and signs you up for your first contest on the spot — making her one of the few characters who pulls you into the game rather than fighting you.
What a Pokémon Center design is
Besides the accessories that come with a card set, the Pokémon Center in Japan also releases its own designs: a theme spanning a handful of products, in small print runs and usually lasting just one season. Online stores often file them under a set name, but that's a shelf, not an origin.
Other Japanese sleeves include the ones with Latias and Latios and Baby Blue Eyes with Piplup.
