About Raikou and the cracked ice pattern
Raikou is one of the three Legendary Beasts from Johto — the lightning tiger, alongside Entei and Suicune. Cracked ice is one of the finishes Pokémon uses on coins: a pattern of broken ice that splits light into facets, and one you come across less often than a regular smooth coin.
