Why 64 and not 65
Western sleeve packs contain 65, Japanese ones 64 — a difference that comes purely from convention in the two markets. A deck holds 60 cards either way, so you end up with a few spares regardless. Keep in mind that Japanese sleeves are sized for Japanese cards, which are a fraction smaller than Western ones.

Lillie is the girl who, in Pokémon Sun and Moon, carries a bag with Nebby inside — a Cosmog that keeps popping out of it. The altar on these sleeves is where that story lands: at the Altar of the Sunne or the Altar of the Moone she calls on Nebby, and there it transforms into Solgaleo or Lunala.
