How the deck plays
This is the deck of the newest Doctors: the Thirteenth, the Twelfth and the Fugitive Doctor. It's all about time itself — extra turns, effects that come back sooner than they should, and cards that repeat themselves. Red brings the chaos, blue the time manipulation and green the growth, and together they produce a deck that keeps tipping the game a little further out of balance.
Planechase included
These decks are the only Commander precons that include Planechase cards: big cards that represent a place where you're playing, and that change the game for everyone at the table for as long as you're there. With Doctor Who, that naturally makes sense — you travel from world to world. You'll need both decks to really get the full effect.
