How the deck plays
This is the deck of the classic Doctors: the First through the Eighth, with the Fourth — the one with the scarf — front and center. It's all about travel: you send cards off on an adventure, bring them back later, and along the way gather as many companions to your side as you can. The longer the game runs, the more you'll have standing.
Planechase included
These decks are the only Commander precons that include Planechase cards: big cards that represent a place where you're playing, and that change the game for everyone at the table for as long as you're there. With Doctor Who, that naturally makes sense — you travel from world to world. You'll need both decks to really get the full effect.
