"Unbounded Potential" is an instant card in Magic: The Gathering That Provides Multiple Options for Enhancing Your Board State. You can Choose One of Two Effects:

1. Put A +1/ +1 Counter on Each or Up to Two Target Creatures. This can be used to bolster the power and toughness of creatures you control, making them stronger in combat and more resilient against opposing threats.
2. Proliferation: This Ability Allows You To Choose Any Number of Permanents (Including Creatures, Artifacts, And Planeswalkers) OR Players and Add an Additional Counter Of Each Child AlreaDy Present On Those Permanents Or Players. This can be particularly powerful if you have multiple types of counters on the battlefield.
