What “Full View” means
On a regular deck box, the artwork is only on the front. On a Full View box, the design continues over every side, including the lid and the bottom. You notice that especially on the table: however you set it down, you always see the artwork and not a piece of plain plastic.
What “double-sleeved” means
The stated number applies to cards with two sleeves: a snug inner sleeve with the opening facing down, and a regular sleeve over that. That combination seals the card off on every side against dust and moisture. If your cards are in a single sleeve, more will fit; if they're loose, even more. The manufacturer always calculates with the thickest variant, so the lid still closes even in the worst case.
Other Pokémon accessories with Pikachu: the sleeves with Pikachu and Mimikyu.
