What “double sleeving” means
The stated capacity applies to cards with two sleeves: a snug inner sleeve with the opening facing down, and a regular sleeve over the top. Together they seal the card off on all sides against dust and moisture. If your cards are in a single sleeve, more will fit; loose, even more. The manufacturer always calculates using the thickest variant, so the lid still closes even in the worst case.
Why PVC-free matters
Over the years, PVC releases plasticizers. These settle on whatever’s touching it and leave a dull, greasy film on a card that never comes off. A box made of polypropylene doesn’t do that, which is exactly why you look for that word when storing cards long-term.
About Mega Charizard X
Where the regular Charizard is orange, Mega Charizard X turns black, and its flames shift from orange to blue. It also changes type: from Fire/Flying to Fire/Dragon — the form that finally makes Charizard what it never was in the games: a true dragon.
In the same line: the PRO-Binder with Mega Charizard X and Y and the sleeves with Mega Charizard Y.
