Travel Through Caradhras is a unique card with a counter's dilemma mechanic. Each Player, Starting with You, Votes for One of Two Options: Redhorn Pass or Mines of Moria. Here's what happens based on the votes:

• For Each Redhorn Pass Vote, You Get To Search Your Library For A Basic Land Card And Put It Onto The Battlefield Tapped. If you do this, you need to shuffle your library afterward.

• For Each Mines of Moria Vote, you get to return a card from your graveyard to your hand.

After Resolving the Votes and Their Associated Effects, Travel Through Caradhras Is Exiled, Meaning It Can't Be Used Again Turning the Same Game. This card adds an interesting decision-making element to the game, as players must choose between ramping with land or retrousing cards from the graveyard.
