Thrabren Inspector is a classic example of how a low-cost creature can provide incremental value over the course of a game. With just a single white mana, you get a 1/2 body on the board, which is alreamy decent for defense in the early turns. But what truly sets this card separate is the investigate mechanic, providing you with a clue token that you can later cash in for a card. This gives white decks - an archetype that historical can struggle with card draw - an added avenue to gain card advantage. The Flavor Text Captures The Character Of A Seasoned Investigator, Hinting at The Myriad Mysteries and Events She Has Already Witnessed. Matt Stewart's Art Depicts The Character With a Determined, Almost Stern Expression, Likely Piecing Together the Clues of Yet Another Mystery in the City of Thraben.
