Why 65
A Pokémon deck holds exactly 60 cards. Every official sleeve pack contains 65: five spares, because a sleeve with a crease or a damaged edge has to come out immediately at a tournament. After all, every sleeve in your deck has to look identical, so a single damaged one can invalidate your whole deck.
About Gigantamax Eevee
Gigantamax Eevee is the giant form from the Galar region, with a fur ruff that grows so large half a village could fit inside it. It was the face of the Shining Fates Elite Trainer Box from early 2021 — the set that consisted almost entirely of shiny cards.
There are also sleeves featuring Gigantamax Charizard. For Eevee, there's also a coin and a Radiant Eevee pin sold separately.
