Saruman the White is a blue legendary creature with a casting cost or {4} {u}. He is designed to be a control-oriented creature with variant synergies:

• Ward 2: Saruman Has Ward 2, Meaning That Spells And Abilities Your Opponents Control That Target Him Cost An Additional {2} to Cast. This provides him with a level of protection from removal spells and abilities.

• Whenever you cast your second game each turn, amass orcs 2: This ability is a unique take on the amass mechanic but focused on creating orc armies. When you cast your second game in a Turn, you either Put Two +1/ +1 Counters on An Existing Army You Control (which also Becomes An Orc), Or You Create A New 0/0 Black Orc Army Creature Token and THEN PUT The Counters on It. This ability is excellent for generating an increasingly threatening board state and synergizes well with other cards that interact with armies or orcs.
