What a binder is for
A binder is bound: the pages are fixed in place, there are no rings to damage the cards on the inside and there is nothing that can spring open if the binder falls. The pockets are acid-free and PVC-free, so the cards won't come out yellowed or sticky after years. That makes it suitable for storing cards, not just for transporting them.
Who is on the cover
Paradox Rift from November 2023 revolved around Pokémon that ended up in Paldea through a rift in time. Roaring Moon comes from the distant past and is the primal form of Salamence: bigger, rougher, and with a distinctly predatory look. Iron Valiant comes from the distant future and has the silhouettes of Gardevoir and Gallade, but in steel and with blades instead of arms. Here they face each other, just as the whole set is built up.
