Why 65
A Pokémon deck has exactly 60 cards. Every official sleeve pack contains 65: five spares, because a sleeve with a crease or a damaged edge has to come out immediately at a tournament. Every sleeve in your deck has to look identical, so a single damaged one can invalidate your entire deck.
About Roaring Moon and Paradox Rift
2023's Paradox Rift revolved around Paradox Pokémon: creatures from the distant past and the distant future that you encounter in the Area Zero region in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Two Elite Trainer Boxes were released, each representing one side of that divide. Roaring Moon is the ancient side: a rawer, predator-like predecessor of Salamence, of the Dragon and Dark type.
The other side of the same set is also available: the sleeves with Iron Valiant. There are also sleeves with Gigantamax Eevee and Reshiram.
