What a playmat is for
A playmat gives your play area a fixed layout and keeps your cards off the table: no moisture, no crumbs, no edges scraping against wood. The rubber bottom stays put wherever you set it, and the fabric top lets you pick up your cards without having to pry at them. It also doubles nicely as an oversized mouse pad.
Where the name comes from
Trick Room is a move from the games that reverses the speed order for five turns: the slowest Pokémon suddenly goes first. This artwork features four Pokémon that can learn that move and also benefit from it, since every one of them is slow: Gardevoir, Mr. Rime, Wobbuffet, and Reuniclus. They float in a space full of rainbow-colored psychic energy — the room the name refers to.
Other mats from the Gallery Series are Enchanted Glade, Seaside, and Shimmering Skyline. The matching binders are the 9-pocket and the PRO-Binder.
