What a playmat is for
A playmat gives your play area a fixed layout and keeps your cards off the table: no moisture, no crumbs, no edges scraping against wood. The rubber bottom stays put wherever you lay it, and the fabric top lets you pick up your cards without having to pick at them. It also works great as an oversized mouse pad.
What the Gallery Series is
The Gallery Series is the Ultra Pro line that doesn't focus on a single Pokémon but on a scene: a landscape with a handful of Pokémon in it, drawn like a painting. Enchanted Glade is the fairy-tale-like edition, featuring mostly Fairy-type Pokémon among the greenery.
Another mat from the same series is Seaside. Other playmats include the one with Mimikyu and Pikachu and the Japanese Pikachu Large Collection mat.
