What makes a PRO-Binder different
With a regular binder you slide the card into the pocket from the top. Turn that binder over, and in theory the cards can fall out. With a PRO-Binder the opening is on the side: you slide the card in from the side, and the elastic strap around the binder keeps it closed. The cover is padded, so a knock against the edge doesn't immediately reach the cards. It's the binder you take with you; the regular binder is the one that stays at home.
Who is in the artwork
Shimmering Skyline is set above a city at night, with five Electric Pokémon among the lights: Pawmot, Pikachu, Morpeko, Emolga and Pachirisu. It is the only Gallery Series in which the city itself plays a part instead of forest, water or mountain — so the choice of Electric types is no coincidence.
