What a binder is for
A binder is bound: the pages are fixed in place, there are no rings to damage the cards on the inside and there is nothing that can spring open if the binder falls. The pockets are acid-free and PVC-free, so the cards won't come out yellowed or sticky after years. That makes it suitable for storing cards, not just for transporting them.
Who is in the artwork
Shimmering Skyline is set above a city at night, with five Electric Pokémon among the lights: Pawmot, Pikachu, Morpeko, Emolga and Pachirisu. It is the only Gallery Series in which the city itself plays a part instead of forest, water or mountain — so the choice of Electric types is no coincidence.
