Why 64 and not 65
Western sleeve packs contain 65, Japanese ones 64 — a difference that comes purely from the habits of the two markets. A deck holds 60 cards either way, so you’re left with a few spares regardless. Japanese Pokémon sleeves fit standard-size Pokémon TCG cards (63 × 88 mm), regardless of the card's language.
What Yurutto is
Yurutto is Japanese for “nice and relaxed,” and that’s exactly the tone of this series: the Pokémon aren’t posed heroically, they’re just lounging around, drawn in round lines and soft colors. It’s a design series the Pokémon Center makes for its own retail lineup, independent of any particular card set.
What you see on these sleeves
In the Relax with Cushions version, the Pokémon hang around in and on cushions: half sunk in, heads resting on an edge, or disappearing into them completely. It’s exactly the kind of image the Yurutto series is known for — Pokémon that get to do nothing for a while.
