What Pokémon Card Gym is
Pokémon Card Gym is the Japanese tournament program for card shops: anyone who takes part in a gym battle at a participating shop takes home a sealed promo pack. So you can't simply buy them — you had to have been there. Each round has its own cards, and they appear nowhere else.
What the MEGA series is about
With Mega Evolution, 2025 brought back the mechanic where a Pokémon briefly takes on a stronger form mid-battle. The Japanese promo cards from this series carry the set code M-P and belong to that era. This is part one.
There's also a promo pack from the Scarlet & Violet series. From the same Mega Evolution period there's the sleeve pack with Pikachu and berries.
