Why 64 and not 65

Western sleeve packs contain 65, Japanese ones 64 — a difference that simply comes down to the habits of the two markets. Either way a deck has 60 cards, so you're left with a few spares regardless. Just keep in mind that Japanese sleeves are sized for Japanese cards, which are a fraction smaller than Western ones.

Three mythical Pokémon together

What these three have in common is that all three are Mythical Pokémon: Pokémon you can't simply catch in the games, but only ever got through an event. Mew is number 151 and the most famous of them all. Manaphy from Sinnoh is the prince of the sea and the only Pokémon whose egg hatches into a different species: it produces Phione. Diancie from Kalos is a Carbink that changed, creates diamonds by pressing its hands together, and is a Rock and Fairy type.

What sleeves are for

Sleeves protect your cards from fingerprints, moisture and damaged edges, and they let a deck shuffle more smoothly. At tournaments they're effectively mandatory: every card back in your deck has to look identical, so no one can tell which card you're holding from the back.

The matching deck box is available too. For Mew, there are also the sleeves with Dynamax Mew.
