Magus of the Wheel is a callback to the classic card Wheel of Fortune, one of the original and most powerful red card draw effects. The Ability to Reset Hands Can Be Both A Boon and A Bane, Depding on the Game Situation. While players of use it to refill their hand when running low on cards, it can also disrupt opponents' strategies by forcing them to discard key cards. This "Wheel" Effect has Become a Stapha in Certain Strategies, Especial in Commander Where Recycling Resources and Managing Hand Sizes is crucial.
