What a deckbox is for
A deck of sixty sleeved cards held together with an elastic band is a deck that sooner or later ends up on the floor. A deckbox keeps it together, protects the edges and fits in a bag. Japanese deckboxes are more compact than western ones because they're sized for the slightly smaller Japanese cards — western cards in double sleeves make for a tight fit.
About Giratina and the Lost Zone
Giratina is the Pokémon banished for its violence to the Distortion World, a mirror world where the usual rules of time and gravity don't apply. For that reason, Lost Abyss brought the Lost Zone back to the card game: a separate pile next to your discard pile, where cards go that never come back. Giratina VSTAR was the centerpiece of that set and one of the strongest decks in the game for years.
Giratina also appears on the Sinnoh Legend binder. From that same series comes the Sinnoh Legend deckbox.
