Why 64 and not 65
Western sleeve packs contain 65, Japanese ones 64 — a difference that comes purely from convention in the two markets. A deck holds 60 cards either way, so you end up with a few spares regardless. Keep in mind that Japanese sleeves are sized for Japanese cards, which are a fraction smaller than Western ones.
About Leafeon
Leafeon is the leaf Eeveelution: Eevee turns into it when it evolves next to the Moss Rock, a moss-covered stone found in only one spot per region. It's the only Pokémon that photosynthesizes instead of eating. Together with Glaceon, it forms the pair from the Sinnoh generation — leaf and ice, summer and winter.
What sleeves are for
Sleeves protect your cards from fingerprints, moisture and worn edges, and let a deck shuffle more smoothly. At tournaments they're effectively required: every card back in your deck has to look identical, so no one can tell which card you're holding from the back.
The matching Glaceon sleeves are sold separately. There's also a standalone Eevee coin.
