Why Japanese sleeves are different
A Japanese pack contains 64 sleeves, not 65. That's because a Japanese deck has 60 cards, leaving exactly four spares for prize cards or replacements. Japanese sleeves are also cut a touch tighter than western ones, which makes them nice as an inner sleeve under a second layer — but if you want to use them as your outer sleeve at a tournament, stick to a single brand for your whole deck, so the backs can't be told apart.
Who Rosa is
Rosa is the playable heroine from Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, from the Unova region. Next to her stands Serperior, the snake-like final form of the Grass starter Snivy — a Pokémon known in the card game for its ability to slowly pin down an opponent rather than hit hard.
