What sleeves are for
Sleeves keep dirt, grease and moisture off your cards and make shuffling a lot smoother. At a tournament, every sleeve in your deck has to be identical and undamaged, because a scratch or crease makes a card recognizable from the back — and that counts as cheating, even when it isn't intentional.
About Hisui-Growlithe
In Pokémon Legends: Arceus you play in Hisui, the old name for Sinnoh, where familiar Pokémon look different from how they do now. Hisui-Growlithe is not only Fire but also Rock: it has a thicker coat against the cold and a horn of stone on its head.
Why a Japanese pack has 64
A Japanese pack contains 64 sleeves, not 65. For a 60-card deck, you have four spare sleeves. Japanese Pokémon sleeves fit standard-size Pokémon TCG cards (63 × 88 mm), regardless of the card's language.
