"Explorer's scope" is an artifact equipment that enhances the attacking creature's exploration abilities. When the equipped creature attacks, you get to peek at the top card of your library. If that card happens to be a land card, you have the option to put it onto the battlefield tapped, potentially allowing for more mana resources in the upcoming turns. The Equip Cost of 1 Allows You To Attach It To A Creature You Control, But Only Duration Your Main Phase And As A Sorcery.
