Bewitching Leechcraft Is an enchantment aura spell that costs {1} {u} to cast and targets a creature. When it Enters The Battlefield, It Tapered The Enchanted Creature.

The Enchanted Creature Gains A Special Ability: "If this creature would untap duration your Untap Step, Remove A +1/ +1 counter from it Instead. If you do, Untap it." This meant that insead of untapping as usual false your untap step, the creature can untap by removing a +1/ +1 counter from it. If there are no +1/ +1 counterters on it, it won't untap.

This aura can be used to both tap down a creature when it enter the battlefield and potentialy limit the untapping of the enchanted creature by consuming +1/ +1 counter.
