Why 64 and not 65
Western sleeve packs contain 65, Japanese ones 64 — a difference that comes purely from convention in the two markets. A deck holds 60 cards either way, so you end up with a few spares regardless. Keep in mind that Japanese sleeves are sized for Japanese cards, which are a fraction smaller than Western ones.
About Lucario
Lucario senses aura: the energy that, according to the games, exists in everything alive, letting it sense from a distance where someone is and how they feel. It debuted in 2006 and came second of all 890 Pokémon in the 2020 global poll — only Greninja got more votes. Battle Region was the Japanese set in which a series of Hisui Pokémon from Legends: Arceus first appeared on cards.
What sleeves are for
