Articuno uit de Japanse set Mystery of the Fossils (化石の秘密), een holo rare met illustratie van Mitsuhiro Arita. In Japan verscheen deze kaart alleen als holo; pas in de Engelse Fossil-set kwam er ook een gewone druk van.

Over de set
Mystery of the Fossils verscheen op 21 juni 1997 in Japan en telt 48 kaarten. In het Engels kwam de set op 10 oktober 1999 uit als Fossil, met 62 kaarten — ruimer, doordat verschillende holo's daar ook een gewone druk kregen.
Conditie
