What makes a spindown different
On a regular D20, the numbers are scattered at random, so a roll is fair. On a spindown, they're arranged in order instead: 20, 19, 18, and so on, spiraling around the die. That means one turn takes you to the next number — exactly what you want when counting down your life total. For rolling random numbers, it's less suitable.
Why a set symbol
These spindowns originally came bundled with the 2017 Aether Revolt products and were never produced separately. For anyone collecting their spindowns by set, this is a permanently limited lineup.
