Why an anniversary set is different
Everything in this box also exists separately, but not in this design. Bandai makes a set like this once, in a print run tied to the anniversary, and never reprints it afterward. So what you're buying isn't the playmat or the sleeves as such, but this particular edition of them.
Japanese, not English
This is the Japanese edition. The three cards carry Japanese names and text. The playmat, the sleeves, and the boxes are language-independent and work just fine alongside an English deck.
