A Premium Card Collection from Bandai for the One Piece card game: twelve cards with textured foil and a booklet, in the English edition.
What's inside
- 12 cards with textured-foil finish
- 1 booklet
- English edition, factory-sealed
What textured foil is
On a regular foil card, the shine sits flat on the cardstock. With textured foil, relief is added: you can feel the lines of the illustration with your fingertip. This finish is almost never used in regular boosters because it's too expensive per card — it's reserved for sets like this one.
For playing or for the shelf
The cards are fully playable, but most of these sets end up unopened or straight into a binder. The booklet turns it into an edition rather than a stack of cards, and that's where the price comes from.
Other promo material from Bandai: the Uta Premium Collection and the Japanese Promotion Pack Vol. 9.
