What these sleeves are for

About this design
Sabo is the sworn brother of Luffy and Ace and the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army. Ryusoken is his fighting style, the Dragon Claw Fist, in which he uses his hands like claws. On these sleeves, he's captured mid-move.
