The world of the Wild Imaginary West

Imagine an alternate 19th century in which large, aggressive monsters rule nearly everything west of the Mississippi. To survive, settlers arm themselves with guns, traps, wagon mechs, Forstall antennae and other technology found only in this West, in a world that still fears electricity. The U.S. Railroad Co., backed by the Rosewood Security Agency, is forcing the railroad westward, while the Hogwild Gang fights to preserve freedom. Which side are you on?

How it plays

One player takes the guiding role of the Warden, while the others choose one of seven Trades: Gunslinger, Mechanic, Marshal, Prospector, Doctor, Hunter or Trapper. Together you tell legendary stories on expeditions: protect a wagon train from Prairie Wolves, track down missing persons taken by the Badlands Sasquatch, take on a huge Alligator Snapping Turtle and hunt nearly 70 other monsters. The game runs on its own dice system with bullet dice, built from the ground up for this world. Between expeditions you craft upgrades for your weapons and mechs, build your reputation with seven factions and collect trophies and Prestige to take on ever more dangerous jobs.
