Description
A Starter Deck from Disney Lorcana's Whispers in the Well set, built on the Sapphire and Steel inks. Ready to play straight out of the box.
What's in the box
- A complete, ready-to-play deck of 60 cards, including foil cards
- Damage counters to track your characters
- A concise rules card
Why a deck has only two inks
Lorcana has six inks, and a deck may use only two of them. That's the most important rule in the whole game: you can't do everything, so you choose what you want to be good at. Sapphire is about items and money, Steel about hitting hard and breaking things. Together they make for a deck that builds up first and then breaks through.
What you're playing for in Lorcana
You don't win by defeating your opponent but by being the first to collect twenty lore. You do that by sending your characters on quests — but a character on a quest can't stop anything that turn. That's the tension of every turn: score points or defend yourself.
