What makes a high class pack different
At the end of every year Japan releases a high class pack: not a regular set, but a collection of the best cards from the past year in new finishes. A pack holds more cards than a regular Japanese pack of five, the odds of a rare card are much higher, and ten go in a box instead of thirty. That explains the price difference compared to a regular pack.
About Terastal Festival ex
The set centers on Terastallization: Pokémon from the Paldea region that gain a crystal crown and change type. It's a festive set, with many cards showing familiar Pokémon in their crystal form.
A regular Japanese pack is the one from Super Electric Breaker. Terastal cards also appear on the sleeves with Terastal Gyarados.
