What Tarkir: Dragonstorm is about
Tarkir is the world of five clans and of dragons. This set puts them center stage together, with their own card treatments: borderless clan cards, showcase draconic frame cards and full-art basic lands in the Dragon's Presence frame. Some of these are in Play Boosters, some only in Collector Boosters.
Why a Bundle is handy
The thirty basic lands are what sets a Bundle apart from nine loose boosters. Boosters barely contain any lands, even though you need them to actually play. The storage box and the Spindown aren't just extras either — they're the tools you end up reaching for at the table anyway.
