Dual Cards and Arts Digivolution
ST-23 introduces two new mechanics. With Dual Cards you get cards that can fill two roles; with Arts Digivolution you place cards face-down under your Tamers and use them later to digivolve. Together they make the deck less straightforward than a regular starter.
