About Piplup and Sinnoh
Piplup is the Water starter from Sinnoh, the region from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. It's a penguin that doesn't like being helped and prefers to try everything on its own — which tends to go wrong fairly often for Dawn in the anime. The Sinnoh Stars series is all about the Pokémon from that region.
