Why 65
A Pokémon deck holds exactly 60 cards. Every official Western sleeve pack contains 65: five spares, because a sleeve with a crease or a damaged edge has to come out of a tournament deck immediately. Every sleeve in your deck has to look identical, so a single damaged one can invalidate your whole deck.
Who the Loyal Three are
Okidogi (dog), Munkidori (monkey) and Fezandipiti (pheasant) are the Loyal Three from Kitakami: three Pokémon honored as heroes in local legend for freeing the villagers from a monster. In the game, that story turns out to be exactly backwards — they were the thieves, and the “monster” was Ogerpon. They’re all part Poison type, and they first appeared in The Teal Mask.
What sleeves are for
Sleeves protect your cards from fingerprints, moisture and damaged edges, and they make a deck shuffle more smoothly. At tournaments they're effectively mandatory: every card back in your deck has to look identical, so no one can tell which card you're holding from the back.
Other sleeves from an Elite Trainer Box include the ones with Darkrai and Stellar Tera Pikachu.
