Deze Japanse sticker toont Shaymin in de Land Forme (シェイミ ランドフォルム) op een blauwe achtergrond met lichtstrepen. Rechtsboven staan SHAYMIN LAND FORME en number:87; onderaan staat een naamvak met name シェイミ ランドフォルム.
De achterkant is in paars gedrukt. Bovenaan staan no.87, een rond logo met een hand die het V-teken maakt en het logo トップ.
